Posti
You can return items via Posti. Please follow the instructions below to register and send your return.
1. Register your return
Register your return using your order number and email address via the following link: Closely – Register your return online.
2. Prepare the items for return
The items must be unused and in a saleable condition.
All tags and labels must remain attached.
The packaging should be as similar as possible to the original.
3. Complete the return information
Enter your order number and email address.
Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
Review the details and click [Continue].
Use your postcode to find the nearest Posti service point.
Finalise the return and click [Finish].
4. Label the return package
You will receive a Posti code by email.
Remove the original shipping label.
Write "Closely + the code" on the package.
5. Return the package
You can return the parcel via a Posti self-service machine (reserve a slot in OmaPosti) or drop it off at your nearest Posti service point.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Closely – Budbee
1. Register your return
Register your return using your order number and email address via the following link: Closely – Register your return online.
2. Pack the items carefully
The items must be unused and in a saleable condition.
All tags and labels must remain attached.
Pack the items in a similar manner to how they were originally delivered.
3. Book a return with Budbee
Click the link received in a text message from Budbee or book the return via the Budbee app.
4. Leave the parcel for collection
You can leave the parcel by your front door or in a Budbee locker, depending on the return option you selected when booking with Budbee.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
